Deluxe Suite (1 Bedroom): Deluxe suite provides separate floors for your luxurious living, entertainment with amazing Gulf surroundings. Deluxe suite has a living room with beautiful spacious lounge, a dressing room, bedroom with king size or twin bed, luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi. You will have a dining for 4 people, a private bar, and a guest washroom. A Deluxe suite provides comfortable living for 2 adults and two children below 12 years or for 3 adults. It has area of 169 sq. mts.

Panoramic Suite (1 Bedroom): The features of Panoramic suite is same as Deluxe suite. The only difference is, it offers larger area. It provides area of 225 sq. mts. You will have living room, a large lounge, dressing room, bedroom with king size or twin bed, luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi. You will have a dining for 4 people, a private bar, and a guest washroom. A Panoramic suite provides comfortable living for 2 adults and two children below 12 years or for 3 adults.

Club Suite (1 Bedroom): Club suite provides perfect entertainment place for private and corporate purpose providing a beautiful view of surroundings. The suite provides living room with all modern amenities, large lounge, full size snooker table, dining for 6 people, cocktail bar, guest washroom, Loft with sitting area , storage closet, dressing area, bedroom with king size bed, luxurious bathroom. Club suite provides living for 2 adults and two children less than 12 years of age or 3 adults. It has an area of 330 sq. mts.

Bedroom Suite (2 rooms): Bedroom suite (2 rooms) offers a larger area than Deluxe and Panoramic suite. It has area of 335 sq. mts. It provides luxurious living for 4 adults and 2 children less than 12 years or 5 adults. It has living room with large lounge area, dining for 6, small lounge, kitchen and separate butler entrance, guest washroom, office with chess table on one floor and on other floor it has bedroom with king size bed and adjoining luxury bathroom and dressing room, second bedroom with twin beds and luxury bathroom thus separating your living and entertainment with exceptional personalized services and a beautiful Gulf views.

Bedroom Suite (3 rooms): Bed room suite (3 rooms) consists of spacious living area, dining with 8 people , kitchen and separate butler entrance, study room and library, private bar counter with for 4 people, bedroom with attached luxury bathroom. It provides you with 2 bedrooms, each with king size bed and attached luxury bathroom on other floor. It occupies 6 Adults and 2 Children below the age of 12 or 7 Adults. It has area of 670 sq. mts.

Presidential Suite: Presidential Suite is beautifully constructed with all modern facilities, Presidential suite having excellent architecture, beautiful surrounding views and an outstanding service will delight its customers. It has excellent living area, private bar, large dining area with kitchen and separate butler entrance, study area and library, lounge with reception on one floor. On other floor it has Master bedroom and second bedroom with adjoining marble bathrooms with spa bath with shower and fine porcelain fittings and full sized Hermes fragrances and body products. It provides living for 4 Adults and 2 Children below the age of 12, or 5 Adults. Its area is 667 sq. mts.

Royal Suite: It is on the 25th floor having marvelous interiors, decorations, facilities, flooring consists of Dining area, Arabic majlis (reception) style lounge and library on one floor and on other it has Master bedroom with rotating four-poster canopy bed and second bedroom, each with adjoining marble bathrooms with spa bath, walk-in shower, fine porcelain fittings and full sized Hermes 24 - Faubourg fragrances and body products.
